We are going to discuss the various features of different hogs and how you can look at them and figure out which one is more suited for you. so the few features that you can look into and you can figure out if they're okay cooking styles are basically the number of burners the types of burners the types of and supports that they have the other kinds of classification that we are going to go into are basically inbuilt hobs and Auto ignition hob or hops with electrical source for ignition. we have also done a similar on chimneys so that you know you can understand the entire package of all and a chimney and which ones will suit you. so we've let a limb link for that above and you can check it out too. so as you can see how this is the heat source of the Modular Kitchen and it need to be selected keeping in mind that you are going to make most of time in your house so generally if you are going to go for let's say Asian cuisine or Indian cuisine which sometimes require a lot of oil and fried fried cooking that generally has a little different kinds of horrible different types of designs. As compared to the ones which are Jenna just sauteed or pan-fried and you know whether he does not use so extensively in the cooking so the two kinds are generally the ones which have brass burners and the ones that have Sabbath burners which are basically a signal single ignition flames. which basically have like a ring on top of it so as you can see the sebab burners generally are meant for cooking which does not require a very high amount of heat they require a heat for longer periods of time on a medium to somewhat high level. but not too intense so generally not very good for frying of foods not very good for you know booties all that stuff so generally if you are a fan of that and that's a steep accusing you might find that the sabaha burners take quite a bit of time as compared with a brass burners grass burners are basically meant to make sure that there is a maximum out of heat in it and the cooking happens is much more faster. so for Indian style cooking at least a North Indian style cooking you can the brass burners work out pretty well and the second aspect that you need to make sure is the fan support. so apart from the brass burners the holes basically have supports on which you can put your utensils. Now the cooking utensils are basically over here the flat bottoms ones which are the pans and the round bottom ones which are you know what high is our pots sometimes our cookers also Tamas these pans approvals are basically of two types one they are made of one of them rounded off making sheets. now these are somewhat thin and they might enter your little imbalance. if you are going to cook a low volume of food on top of it it might become a little unstable because they are real thin the other one are basically of cast iron or wrought iron material these are much more heavy much more durable and a premium look is also over there for them. these are generally meant for heavy cooking's so you can have you know your cries and Tamas you can make good amount of curry in it very easily and yeah I won't move here and there when you're cooking actually about borders. as you can see that's the thing that to call your ancient words are filled with new orders so these are the ones that are made from of metal as you can see here pretty. so they're not exactly very ideal point the ones over here they are actually made of a material establish and it's a much more heavier more stable and then it's much more convenient apart from that the obvious ways of classifying holes are the amount of the number of burners. so they can't away from three four five and six generally six burners is it's quite a big number and it is required in kitchens. which are generally it has a joint family and a lot of cooking needs to be done at the same time otherwise four to five burners are pretty much decent enough for nuclear family and works well for them. other few ways in which they're different kinds of hogs are which are inbuilt which they actually go into the slab and the others which are on the countertop which you can place it on the slab and also there are a few holes which you come with auto ignition they actually requires some kind of a battery or electrical source connection so that you don't need to have a lighter to put on the gas. I generally recommend this they are pretty neat and generally no accidents ever occur and very convenient so you are you are the other two bases long as you can classify the Built In Hob and in the first part I explained the various ways the way these features that you need to look for a home based upon your type of cooking strength.

Your modular kitchen now it's a very dicey question how do they got a budget of a certain part of your house mind you're constructing considering that it is the health center of the house and the most amount of labour activities. The house happens in this area it requires considerable amount of attention that it should be given also to make sure that the person who's doing all the prepping and the cooking for the entire house and is making the meal for the entire family throughout the day we require that the structure of the kitchen is of a highly beautiful. As well as the quality of hardware is pretty high and the appliances are also applicable this will ensure that the kitchen. last you a lifetime as well as it provides an ease of book to anybody who's working in the kitchen this is an essential part because of the high amount of activity that happens in this area there is no leader flow in your kitchen design otherwise the overall activity may increase quite a bit. we need to make sure that your storage and your water and your cooking are well aligned together one should think of spending approximately 50% of their automobiles value on a kitchen at least it's a good reference point because a person is spending three to four hours in the kitchen and a person is driving also. I believe three to four hours on an average everyday some may be high some may be less and keeping that into the mind frame. one can actually figure out that the kitchen should is worth spending good painting on it is probably gonna last you much more than your car and it actually has a lot more activity going on. so how do you bifurcate the budget so once you've decided let's say you sell it for to lack of clean of a budget for a modular kitchen. so now when you keep on bifurcating it you end up with three to four components which is basically the box the hardware the finishes and appliances the box is the basic structure. it needs to be of highly durable material we gently suggest what a full plywood or good quality plywood and it needs to have a waterproof material on the back of it which touches the one this kind of a structure ensures that your modular kitchen has a good life preferably around the life of eight to ten years now make sure that any hardware that goes onto. It intact and pretty functionable for a long period of time because plywood has a great shoe building capacity for making sure that all the hardware's work well one should make sure that the sink area is definitely of a waterproof material maybe even aluminum box or aluminum line materials that is what use generally and that ensures that any kind of water trouble stays away this structure. might cost you around 70 to 80 thousand might even go up two lakh depending upon your design next we generally go to which hardware that is the area. which is very essential which makes sure that is ease of work for anybody who's working in the kitchen it makes sure that the heavy items have the right hardware. so that can be easily pulled out without a lot of force we have lot of effort as well as corner storages which are very hard to access and gently dead storages are utilized well and when one is cooking a lot of the spices and small appliances are also stored in a way which are handy and easy to access rather than getting them from a drawer. below or a cabinet above mark investment to make sure that you have created where in a good design kitchen it's going to save you a lot of effort a lot of time and maybe you will provide you with a better health. so they are going to discuss is the outer finish which is the shutters of a modular vision we have variety of finishes and one can choose from the style and taste perspective on this the outer finishes generally do not provide a lot of different kinds of ease. so they are more over there for an aesthetic factor one can choose some of their designs and handles in a way so that it is more easier to clean and will be more comfortable to them to access the shutters and the storage behind it better are going to discuss is the appliances in each room is lit in a very smart way and one should understand what are the various advantages and disadvantages of small aspects of these appliances there is why it is better that you go to a designer for most of these queries and they actually make sure that they understand your needs your preferences of how you use and utilize your kitchen on a daily basis and they provide you with a decent solution for the sink sizes for the suction. capacity of your chimney and for the power of your homes all in all say if your buyer is of - laughs you should be spending approximately 80,000 on your boxes 30,000 on your hardware and 30,000 again on shuttles and outer finishes and the rest is approximately 25 to 30 thousand more should we spend upon appliances one can pick and choose a bit here and there and these cost varies from design to design kind of finishes that one might and some people might want to have a higher end out of finish while some would actually prefer to have at a hardware and more number of hardware's and that is not the reason why one should consider . It's modular vision modular kitchen hardware can be broadly divided into two three categories. which is the basic hardware's includes the necessary items are the channels the hinges lights basic shoppers and uplift fittings this is the basic hardware. That go into any modular kitchen the second aspect of hardware's are the functional hardware's these are the hardware's that provide extra access and more functionality into kitchen these include. your corner solutions fancy lights pulldown units, pantry units, and even automated fittings the last aspect is the one which are the inserts these are the accessories that go into the drawers. which help you organize your utensils your cooking vessels. They help you put into place radius various food items as well as appliances that you use in your kitchen in an organized way in your drawers and in your boxed spaces starting off from the basic hardware fittings the basic hardware fittings have channels hinges basic light chakras and uplift these are the fittings that you can buy from a lot of good brands. Which are headache haffley blonde grass has good channels also even shoppers you can find of these companies they are satisfactory to children level one thing that you need to keep in mind are the hinges the hinge is gently of these foreign brands are very prone to rust. so it is better that you buy some which are which actually have anti rust coating like that of Marcin but apart from that most of these branched get the job done the function of address that we get into the occupation these are the hard ways that let you have more access into your modular kitchen and have you store your relaxes and against available. so some of these are the swing training also known as honored than sometimes this sells you get easy access to the end of the column and even stole this is the heavy items. at the back of it as well which earlier was very big hustling. if the spice homular this helps you eat the spices in and making sure that you're nice fat early. If you were cooking you have to keep your spices in drawers and to keep on take them out again in the back inside or with this the rest and you can use them directly keep it back up there. specifically if you have billions of toaster juicer and other smaller plant cells that are used in addition story of these appliances are gently a very big hassle and we need to use the base please no shuttles make it so that can handle toasters. you can have your juicers granules in a mean stack and you don't really have to take them out to use them this your Roasters to a mixer and just drag them from you don't need to store them at a higher level or the newer level it becomes a hassle to drink those plants is done again and store them back this makes. it very easy to do that but it can be have is called the predominate this specifically meant for elderly and for will no height and they're not able to access the top shelf always easily which restricts Lord their movement in the kitchen this provides easy access to the top chef and it makes it very convenient to store the regular items. which are acquired all the way to the activity competition these controls provide access to and in the third one which is the inserts these are the ones that move in control fittings where you can wear it helps you to organize your pencils and your carpet. we have snow washed so which you can customize the spaces in between as for the offenses that you want to stroll it then you also have good internal heat range some of the more organizers input of this release is a very beautiful very easy to clean one can find number of these items for peace. We can have in our kitchens and interiors and all other previous work so these are exciting your topic together so many different and new finishes that meaning talk from study from international finance. amazing paints and partnerships to and even stones and other things to make sure that you get a very eye-opening. sometimes very personalized and choice specific to finish and look cool so today we gonna discuss the luxurious finishes. some of the best ones are generally from international companies these people are way ahead in their making of great panels. so we're gonna start off with agar there's an Australian company great finishes they have as you can see some of these finishes are somewhat very luxurious to look at so these are actually metallic finishes that they have they have a great shimmer they're actually matte finish. it's right up to the edge scratches on them and as you can see they have a good shimmer to it as well also these are the they have a great touch factor to it if you're be able to touch it you'll realize that they have very smooth. it's something like actually touching like a cloth so yeah that's pretty cool and another they have other materials also. so these are the wood grains panel again the touch is very good you can actually feel the grains in a very creative way the finishing and the design of the grains is also very good light on a bigger surface these actually give a very great impression. they end up making great furniture wood rolls as well as modular kitchens everywhere even though they are in particle board and MDF but these are a very high grade material and a ways actually it's almost the biggest company in the world and this apply to a lot of international branch from where you can get amazing luxurious kitchens as well like hackle and other places so yeah these are the great finishes that. we also have and we guess can provide you kitchens in these these are amazing in touch these are amazing and look and feel they have created these so yeah another one international brands that we have is so Spanish company they also make amazing panels they have great designs. so they keep on with designs new finishes new textures and we try to make sure that also that you know a lot of them are actually available over here so as you can see this one is a matte finish just like this. so there were very many great finishes the touch feel is very nice yes somewhat not always that scratch resistant but great for wardrobes as well as kitchens no problem over there you can mix and match these colors also these are somewhat nice and rich colors that can be used. so this is actually the most versatile finish that we have we as know it for ages it is basically PU paint us can create amazing finishes offer it this is an hammertone finish that we've created so a luxurious look you're gonna have it on radius Linear's and there are different kinds of finishes. That you can have it on veneer this is what we've lost this is mad this is semi-gloss Shaya they turn out to be very well you can we catch can help you create amazing designs from these amazing looks. these are and because these are windows you can actually get hold off we have we're able to get full of great veneers which complement your other interiors and other looks and a really rich and very exclusive also and again in paints. Now actually have we able to create a lot more touch and feel with paints like this one so this is actually a leather I'd finish this actually gives you a feel of leather so as you can see there's a is a very great finish you can almost get the feel of actual leather from it and there's actually a paint you can have it in number of colors you can even mix a few glitter particles to make it a little more shiny. if you want so a lot of those things can be done and this actually gives any designer very great free hand to develop their own concept and you know help understand your style and coorporate these kind of things over there also so in paints we have metal finishes these are stone finishes there are some other exotic finishes so yeah stuffin nowadays you can be is gonna use it and you know create a very artistic blend of finishes for which are great to look at amazing at touch and we can make quite a lot of different elements. later there is element or stone metal so then after the paints we actually go into the actual material the exotic finishes that we can provide the on shutters and in furnitures in wardrobes so these are actual stones so there's an actual stone which you've been able to incorporate on panel and we actually do quite a few stone kitchens as well yeah because that gives a really great touch as you can see over here in this one we actually have a slate finish. over here you have create profiles to accentuate it give it even more luxurious feel it goes well with it and there's actually heavy. it becomes but you are able to engineer it on some great MDF and sometimes WPC board to make sure that idea you actually get the real stone feel to it you actually get the real tiled feel to it and yeah that's pretty amazing some people really appreciate it and one can go over there also you have glass finishes we discussed this once before also but again glass you again have a opportunity to have various kinds of paint work done on glass. now you can also choose to keep it sober as well as their artistic lasts nowadays also like the Moroccan glass and other kinds of artistic work that people do in glass lamps so that can add even much more exclusivity to these shutters. as you keep on going higher and higher you get all of these artistic elements coming in so this is like the acrylic paint work that has been done and a similar effect can be given on big panels may be desks may be an island kitchen maybe a console to actually give you some sort of an abstract image of our HOMULAR and again this is just an example. you can do it with as people have seen already you can do it with galaxies you can do it with some kind of a space metaphor and these kind of artistic paint works can actually be done upon some good amount of furniture to give a lot of character to your design and can actually be very much personalized it square expensive sometimes but I think it's worth it hope. We will be discussing the various countertops that can be used in a model so countertops are basically mostly used for you know having hot utensils on it you know you need to you chop vegetables so they need to be very sturdy and very long-lasting . they need to be very strong they need to be some what bacteria resistant if that's possible and there are some countertop options that actually provide that nowadays they do not they need to be very smooth very easily cleanable. so that you know you're doing a lot of chopping you're doing a lot of cooking work over there. it needs to make sure that you know it's somewhat stainless stent so that the aesthetics of the countertop are actually preserved over a good period of time so the one of the best options that we always recommend to our clients is basically granite so generally we have tonight over here and this is the best option that. we say it's a it's a natural stone it generally has specks which are these natural specks. It doesn't actually come in a lot of colors because you know natural stone they're extremely dark colors available and it has these natural specs to it also but apart from that it is the best option. if you look at it from a very utility point of view it's has great strength it is very much stainless steel because it's a non-porous material so it doesn't absorb a lot of stains you know and spices healthy masala it doesn't absorb all those things. it's very heat resistant so or any hot utensils that you're going to keep on it doesn't impact. it that way it doesn't take away from its life a lot so it is one of the best option that we actually suggest to our to our clients who have like utility in their mind as a top priority. it is very durable actually the most durable option and that's why it's just this the second option after that is which is basically you we have an option over here. so now these things they actually come in yes they're made of synthetic material and the main reason that why we use it is because aesthetics they can be they can come in a lot of colors specifically light colors they can have a different kind of sparkles to it they can have various kind of designs and patterns to it. so we have one over here so it leads to it provides you a lot of aesthetic options to play with the look of your kitchen to add a different kind of color to add a different element to it to make it more appealing and you know more is aesthetically beautiful. so what happens with this is this is actually not as durable as grenade but it's just like a tad bit less durable compared to granite. it is somewhat stain resistant but not as much as granite it has it has some pores to it so over a period of time it might get a little yellow it might get. you know it might have stains here and there but that generally happens like six seven years or five six years plus from the time. it is it is also it is heat resistant to a good extent and generally the heat does not affect it a lot if you keep hot utensils on it it won't leave a mark it won't take away a lot of life from it generally because it's a synthetic material. If you take a design which is something like let's say like this design so it has sparkles in it so what happens with these sparkles are that over a period of time. you know these might get a little dented these sparkles might just come off and yeah that might lead to a little small crevices here and there over a period of time but that also mostly happens after five years or after six years and yeah. so that's how we come to Homular and that's always reports to some people who are some people who are not who don't really want a very strong option they are looking at aesthetics also. They want a certain character to be brought into their Modular kitchen design using a different pattern using a different color so Homular works great in that it does not take away a lot of the durability. which grenade actually offers but it's still very good works very well and it is actually a very good option recommended by architects quite a lot quite often nowadays. So that's a very decent option you can go with the third option is which is some what expensive and used actually more in serving kitchens. i would suggest as well as it's used as countertops in a lot of commercial settings commercial food courts and all that so this option is basically korean. so korean is made of synthetic material completely and the advantage of that is that the joints of corian can be somewhat melted and merged together so it gives a very seamless look you can make quite a lot of somewhat beautiful forms of it. which you might have seen in you know various food code serving counters and they have like a certain design going through. It so that's how the korean is some what malleable it can be can connect them and then heat them up. so that they merge together properly there are no joints so it can be used to create quite a few patterns to it the disadvantage is it's actually one of the least stain resistant material that. we have that is another reason why you know if you go to food colors there will be scratches on the counter on the countertops and they'll be like yellowish marks on corners and stuff like that is not because they are not trying to be clean it's just that material it's the material it tends to absorb all these things it's a little soft it's not that hard it's not that durable. so scratches and skid marks all these things appear a bit too often on it after a period of time also it is not exactly that heat resistant if you're going to use it in the distinction kitchen. we don't recommend it at all because if you put hot utensils on it over and over again that it generally leaves a mark and it leaves a mark very often and it's like you can't do anything about that later on also it won't get resolved you'll have to like completely dispose it off and use it again. So generally we don't use korean they have they have like it used to be very bad earlier when it came four or five years ago now it is still somewhat heat resistant but it's still not exactly very good for a residential kitchen and that's why you don't suggest it over there a lot of people use it but it generally gets in residential efficiency it generally gets used in a show kitchen like. If you have you want to have a serving counter area or you want or you want to have a kitchen where you are able to cook for your guests it's generally not used in a very heavy duty kitchen or the main kitchen where most of the food is being made and trimmed because it's not that durable apart from that we have some other fancy materials that are used as countertops we have stainless steel those stainless steel kitchens they use steel countertops they are very good there's no problem over there apart from the fact that obviously. if you keep a hot utensil over there it's like it will take the heat it won't leave a mark so you need to be a little careful with that but apart from that a lot of commercial patients use it. it's very easy to clean highly durable of course very smooth there are chances of marks and crevices is next to nil. so that's a very durable item and it can actually be used in open kitchens as well so we have done some cody art kitchens in which you know you have like a commercial Modular kitchen design which is in a somewhat of an outside area so it's like a garden or in the middle of a garden or it's like a big gazebo and you know it's at the center of center over there. so it works very well that's not an issue apart from that some people use toughened glass that's an element which actually gives a this is a great amount of character to the kitchen. so people who are making expensive kitchens using high quality and expensive finishes on their Modular kitchen design sometimes they use a different glass over there you can use quite a few patterns. you can use any sort of color that you want it looks very good it's a decent option but again i wouldn't suggest it's not that durable it's again used mostly in show kitchens not exactly in main kitchens. where you're supposed to you know prep you're supposed to do you know hardcore chopping you're supposed to do crushing off materials yeah it's not it's not very conducive over there it does crack out a few times. if you know if used carelessly or with a lot of force on this kind of a countertop but apart from that it's smooth it's good to the touch great aesthetically so yeah so these are the basic options that we have for the countertop and apart from that these are the ones that we offer to our clients most of the time grenade is our favorite then gently we come to Homular after that accordion and in show kitchens where budget is generally not a problem we do steal we do toughen glass and all these things you. Homular Ideas modular kitchen Design this is a more than 10 year old company and we specialize in modular kitchens. we've also added modular are the furniture in to our kitty but at least our basic specialization is kitchens. I have been touched with lots of new interior designing when they reach out to us they definitely have an intense knowledge about the basic interior designing. But it's in designing itself a different is section in itself. Which as a standard has been touched upon in their course but this is far more detailed sometimes people do ask me that. why do you would want to start a course for kitchen designing itself since it is one single room kitchen is the heart of the entire home your multitude of activities at a given time with multitude of family members are done hence any small error or any small defect which is left at the time of designing becomes an eyesore for the entire life I have designed experience of more than 10 years. Designed more than thousand unique kitchens for different clients right from European people to Delhi, Indian people to judge and people of different in the city family is joint family is having different requirements hence I consider myself to be an expert and customized designing I've done some prestigious projects where we did a huge kitchen where all the dignitaries were supposed to and have their meals together. we have also done commercial kitchens we're cooking for more than hundred people is done at a certain time so requirements. They are absolutely different we've done kitchens for a general house we've done a kitchen in Delhi I have done. Even one kitchen amazingly in Leyla dark to be hard to RS kind or so he discovered the entire Korean territory. so to say van has gone to Nepal one has gone to London as well in the coming 40 minutes I would like to just touch upon certain details we will discuss a little about the functions of the kitchen then declines needs assessment from Bihar so the client's needs they to be taken into consideration because this is very individualistic designing will discuss the basic layouts and then I will touch upon the questions. You have given me very interesting questions I would like to answer some of them with regard to the functions kitchen is primarily considered a cooking zone. But apart from cooking or to help to facilitate the cooking there are a number of other activities which are also conducted in this room. Itself they are are like storage refrigeration washing the preparation area and with nowadays the kitchens opening up into the living area open kitchens have come into wave. So even serving areas or the entertainment part also sometimes falls into these open kitchens cooking area as a standard in small kitchens and just to be a two feet table and cooktop and a chimney are necessities nowadays. With smaller households and less ventilation chimneys are a must because they take off take the fumes and all out of people making it more Airy cooking can be as elaborate as adding microwave ovens a piane plates deep fryers you can add inductions. So there is no limit to the elaboration elaborate cooking as well this would again depend on the individualistic needs as well as the size of the kitchen which will allow us to fit all these appliances storage yes definitely storage any amount of storage people find it short the storage is like number one is for the utensils for the cooking utensils second there is your confectionery the pulses the food articles. Which you store then comes your vegetable storage some vegetables like and tomatoes and all we can store them in wicker baskets you prove by it some space separate space for them it's yes utensil storage then your food storage then comes your this table storage then the refrigeration storage. The refrigeration can just be a refrigerator the freezer there are separate freezers which can be added there are separate or buy refrigerators which can be added in the further elaborate kitchens washing is also very interested at off the kitchen washing can in a small kitchen can be just a two feet sink or in an elaborate kitchens. we can add Shore shirts washing area also constitutes of your water purifiers the UVs or the arrows. which the family is planning to use your water users are also considered to park to be a part of the washing area nowadays people are opening up to taking dishwashers as well so a care needs to be taken to design this area. also in a precise manner sometimes if the kitchen sizes are a little big I try to give a separate wet area where all these Washington washing and the dishwasher the geezers and all can be taken outside into a balcony or a shaft area. If the plan allows that and give just a sink into the main kitchen this keeps the main kitchen very tidy and all the clutter and the water part is taken outside of the kitchen very near in nearby I'll show you certain other pictures even in this picture if you see this is the separate area. which I has been separated by a wall there was a pillar so we extended this a little to segregate the water area from the main kitchen. So the main kitchen remains much more then the preparation area is definitely required in small kitchens we try to leave at least two feet of space on both sides of the table because Indian cooking requires lots of chapati rolling and all you need space very near the on both side of the forum. so at least do two feet is mandatory on both sides of the hall and fortunately if the kitchen space allows a lots of preparation area separately can also be given in case you be are planning an island or a peninsula so this preparation table can be taken onto the backside onto the island. as well but more and more households opening to be mod open kitchen concepts with the studio apartment looks coming into style open kitchens are when the kitchen one or two walls of the kitchen are missing and the kitchen becomes a part of the huger lip ring area in itself hence. The kitchen area by giving a serving counter by giving a serving common like in this picture also. If you see this wall has been done away with and a serving counter has been added over here the top has also been differentiated with the look besides to this tile as well as the solving part is also considered sometimes there are we consider the kitchens to be primary kitchens as well as secondary kitchens in huge houses or farmhouses there are kitchens. Where the primary cooking is done and there is another kitchen which is called the serving kitchen or the entertaining kitchen we're just the reheating and the serving part is done so hence that entertaining part also entertainment is also done through the secondary kitchen since. we are designing the very individualistic kitchen one of the main things a student know the client's needs of the kitchen. what do they want from the kitchen so we have an elaborate itchin design form which all the activities which the family is planning to do in the kitchen right from the family size means their one thing they generally make their shopping habits the people who would be working in the kitchen is it a primary or is it a secondary kitchen and a list of appliances. which wants the kitchen to be fitted with again the appliances also state the existing appliances it declines sometimes they use their existing refrigerators or what are pewter fires they want to reuse into the new kitchen or there is also a section which states the new appliance if they are planning to buy a new appliance like microwave oven whichever they are comfortable. With they it is enumerated on this form and then we buy at the time of designing these things are considered but we need to act. two people are supposed to be working in a kitchen at a certain point of time but in case it's a joint family the cooking area the what area the storage and the preparation area need to be given at different places so that at a given moment three or four people are able to work comfortably in the kitchen without banging into each other so we need to know the family size with regard to the cuisines the height of our countertop also varies with the cuisines then we had time our kitchen for demolition they work with box the cooks use box and they they are they make new does or fried rice oil. so the height of the countertop was taken way down so that the chef can peep into and work very well into the wall the big regard to the few scenes we'd accordingly would be adding the appliances also so we need to know the cuisines we had done a kitchen for an Austrian lady she had and added she had taken two ovens because in their culture they have one oven for meats and the second event is for desserts. so you need to know the cuisine of the family so that you can design it accordingly shopping habit would define the amount of storage which the kits which the kitchen requires a family which stacks up every can with a small pantry itself but the family who are who buy confectionery and all once in a month would be requiring big pantry is three feet or 4 feet pantry is air the entire stock can be stocked up in India. we are fortunate to have staff and help the maids and the cooks so we need me definitely ask the clients that who would be running the kitchen would be working in the kitchen mode in case it is more servants run kitchen it means they they were happy taking very high-end internal fittings very delicate like spicy Oreos. They were happy taking shelf lights because cooking itself was an experience for them we also need to define as I talked earlier whether it is a primary kitchen or a secondary kitchen primary kitchen is a heavy duty kitchen where we need to give large drawers where the maximum of the activities would be done so Kendra kitchens are just show kitchens where just think serving part is 1 so the serving cutlery the serving crockery that would go into the secondary kitchen secondary kitchen can also combine a bar unit along with it because that is more of an entertainment zone. primary kitchen is like the more heavy duty where the entire preparation and cooking is supposed to happen when we ask the clients for their requirements we definitely give them Kitchen appliances list is also given in the course which really we've already uploaded on Homular appliances again enumerate so that the client sets thinking over whether do I need this do and any new appliance or any existing appliance or so this set which are further used when we are designing the individual perfect kitchen for them. There are many layouts which you can choose the layouts would primarily depend on the available space but if the clients are open to the idea and the in trust the site is at the infrastructure stay right about now you can definitely do some changes open up one wall or half wall like here the half wall has been removed and this said this area has been turned into an intermediate zone this is a hop over zone between the dining and the kitchen area. so this adds a little lightness this besides that design value also to the kitchen this wall you see this is hiding the cooking part so that the clutter is not visible but a little aesthetically this part looks beautiful there are different layouts which you can choose from this is a straight-flying kitchen in a straight line in kitchen the three zones broadly your refrigeration the cooking and the water fall on a single line hence it is called one straight line kitchen l-shaped kitchen l-shape is the most commonly available. which we do because the generally in medium-sized kitchen the third wall is occupied by the refrigerator this is an l-shaped kitchen this part we have added we have extended it into the living area just to show how the in an open format the kitchen can also be extended into the living area making a part of the living area itself in an l-shaped kitchen again your two walls have cabinetry and the water area of cooking and the refrigeration around adjusted on these two l-shaped walls this is a u-shaped kitchen in u-shaped kitchen three walls are used again and the work triangles are arranged on all these three walls care needs to be taken to give the deeper units like refrigerators or the pantries into the corners because if we give any deep unit in the middle it would break our countertop and the smooth functioning would stop so any deeper unit like your refrigerator the pantry units appliances units they need to be given on either corner. This is a G shaped kitchen G shaped kitchen is like it is again a u-shaped kitchen primarily a u-shaped kitchen and three or four feet area is added it can be added unless high or if it is a closed kitchen so then there can be a door here and it would be a completely shaped kitchen it looks a little claustrophobic and it requires at least a 12 feet by 12 feet space then only this GE shape would function well otherwise it would become very claustrophobic I had some of your questions how to design small space designs it is a challenge to fit all the requirements of a client into a small space what I generally recommend is take a small pantry a pantry just for 50 mm width it occupies only one and a half feet width of your countertop and since the depth is full depth is like two feet it adds a lots of volume to the kitchen it takes every only one and a half feet of your work. come and just into the refrigerator wherever you are giving the refrigerator along with that add of one and a half or two feets complete tall and unit we call them pantry units sometimes as a standard people also keep a microwave oven on to their countertops that takes away the counter space what we would I generally suggest is convert that to feed area into a pantry into a complete pantry and accommodate. The microwave into it so anyway your countertop had been taken away by just it's in the microwave over there now you've added a huge volume of storage there so pantry definitely serves the purpose of her country and lots a large amount of storage speak and go in there again when you are designing small kitchens sometimes there are little windows which are opening in three shafts the view is not actually too good but it but definitely we require the light and the ventilation if you want to add more oil cabinets so this you can close this window and our kitchens as a standard kitchens go up to seven feet height so you above seven feet you can open up that entire area into a ventilator kind of a thing you can increase the width up till 7 feet 8 feet however much the shaft area allows. so you would be I think it's similar volume of a condo for ventilation and light and you can add cabinet over here in case the window is having a pleasant view or or you can have a look at the main door or main gate from there then definitely the window needs to be kept I've just shared a design of a small kitchen like you can take the microwave instead of putting the microwave on the countertop it can be taken in a wallhanger manner or you can take it in as a complete pantry unit here. so there lots of storage can be added in this small in a small kitchen the work triangle also needs to be considered because it it need not be it should not be very close by sometimes because the size of the kitchen is small you tend to place the cooking cooking over here let us say and the sink over here so then the people cannot stand together and work so try make in a small size kitchens try making the work triangle as far as possible so that there is ample movement space for people to work add more number of drawers into these smaller kitchens because drawers provide you more accessibility especially in the rear cabinets the any objects which go into the low bottom most shelf become non accessible with drawers they are easily accessible and they add to your construct based in the wall cabinets try giving flexible shelves don't fix the shelves. they the shelves go and shelf supports systems and just like your refrigerator shelves you can adjust them so give two shells instead of one and give them adjustable so that if they have tiny mugs or tiny glasses so they can add more layers into that area hence providing you with more of smooth space we have different different accessories like your spy stereos like we already traced these are small these are small or small accessories which which functionally give you lots of space you can browse by stereos and cutlery trays so you get two more about and this is. Yes the window can be taken above seven feet if the space allows that I also had a question with regard to how to treat the corners so this I'm talking about the base corners the under counter cabinets we call these corners this is a blind corner and the second one is an l-shape corner so in a blind corner the shutter opening is just the front part and because the odd the cabinetry next cabinetry start from here so this dead end is utilized from this shutter area optimum utilization of space is crucial if you give shelf the area from edge to edge can be utilized for storage. so maximum amount of storage can be kept though it becomes a little inaccessible to reach just to save that in accessibility different internal fittings are prevalent nowadays like elements like magic or worse these with the utilization of these accessories the back portion comes out for you and accessibility increases as a standard when we are planning the kitchens and there are two corners in a kitchen I generally suggest the clients to take accessory in one corner which would provide you. accessibility and take shelf or no shelf in the second corner because in Indian cooking be sometimes have la our utensils or sometimes nowadays gas cylinders are becoming a little obsolete otherwise this corner used to be utilized to put the gas cylinders as well the second corner is the L corner so here both these shutters. open simultaneously and the corner spaces entirely accessible to you here again you can take the shelf or if you want to store sometimes people do have big boxes of rice or oils. so you can they cannot make any shelf here otherwise different accessories available like the corner. so that the back part also comes out for you so you can also suggest accessories for this corner which would make the accessibility of this the corners also easier similar shape is used for the ball corners also if you are turning the corners of the wall units similar shapes are utilized there as well both no internal accessory goes into the wall cabinet because the depth of the wall cabinets is hardly 300 mm and you just you are able to place one single stack of utensils. so no accessory is available for this area but the shape would remain similar for the wall corners also one of the questions was what color combinations should we take for the kitchens color combination there are no rules and regulations for color because like designing is a individualistic. so I generally tell that tell my students that you just learn the rules first then you can break the rules and come out filter so generally people have a tendency at the small the smaller kitchens should be done in lighter colors. so that it's in appears bigger because the lighter colors are receding colors as far as my my preference was I try to give the base cabinetry in a medium dark color because all this village and any splashes while mopping in all deep they happen on to the base cabinetry so try giving the base cabinetry in a medium dark color and the wall cabinets can be done in white of fives lighter tones I understand that some of you are having difficulties. so the color combinations sometimes people do to us follow was also since kitchen is considered to be the higher element so all the fire colors die like the yellows Orange they are preferred to be taken in the kitchen sometimes clients do follow us who till the last detail. so and I have done kitchens Mira we had given the countertop as lucky' red the entire kitchen was done cream and the countertop was taken as I read just because bus who says the top should be read otherwise primarily nowadays we are doing more of modern kitchens so modern kitchens can be done in single color tones or you can set two colors where the base color can be a little darker and the wall cabinet and tall cabinets can be taken in lighter colors you can add color with tiles the different class shutters with countertops with open boxes as well so for with it out of the color sky is the limit. you can take just a unique color kitchen and add just a second color with some open boxes or some artifacts or the same color can be echoed in the highlight of the tiles in the secondary kitchens or in case your kitchens are an open kitchen they are an extension of the living area then you know what. so opt for thematic kitchens you can pick up a theme it can be a modern theme it can be a marine theme I know you enter theme which would which would II equal right from the kitchen into the living area itself this theme can be echoed in your countertops in the finished color you can pick up a row or a get finished for the shutters in planning a rugged interior in case you are planning an oriental look. you can eat lots of open boxes into this kitchen and put artifacts of oriental theme. so that the entire thing matches in itself I had another question from your end with regard to the ergonomics of the kitchen is a place where you would be working or the client would be booked in for a long period of time so number one is the head space when you are working the counter spit the counter is 2 feet deep and the wall cabinet is is taken 1 foot. so that you have that Headroom when you are chopping when you are working some because clients want more and more storage and they do suggest that wha I don't we take the depth of the wall havin it deeper. so that we have more storage but at no point of time do not give the wall cabinet more than fourteen inches there because it will hinder their working further down the line the height of the hyped cabinets height as a standard our pans to taken to be from 800 mm to 900 ml 900 mm is a European height for Indians we generally take 800 mm from the floor as the standard height though if the space allows and who can provide a separate kneading area the kneading area is six inches lower than the regular height then only you are able to work the dough properly the world cabinet heights generally starts from foreign feet from the floor and they are just as a standard we taped in two feet height or 700 mm height in case some clients want additional storage the wall cabinets can be extended till the roof also you can give separate loft area but loft area generally goes only for occasional storage because this cannot be readily reachable the different internal accessories like. The drawers the bottle pull outs and all they also help with the posture of the client because it is a little cumbersome to bend down and bend into a base cabinet to pull out the things so the internal accessories are a big help for that as well we also try to give you pantry drawers. which are at eye level and very easily the things can be sorted out and they can be organized in a very smooth manner putting less burden on your back this is the large slide this is again one of the art projects which we had done here you can see there's a separate water area has been assigned a veggie sink just a tiny vegetable sink has been given on to this in and Sylla. so that they don't need to rush for the cooking water inside into the water area and the color combination has been taken as twin color this be a Jew with white and brown glasses have been taken the third wall. which one can make more location they will go into the various details that make sure that a Modular kitchen is durable is well functional. As well these products are basically plywood MDF htm' are WPC and also SSD. we are going to talk about the screw holding capacity the termite resistance the water resistance and the functional ability the functional functioning aspect of these products. As well we will also go into a bit of the verse at versatility of these products as to how well they can they can be used with a lot of different designs and how well can they be molded for various different interior themes. As well starting from NFC or melamine phase chip wood this is this is the boot that is made from chips of cutoff boards so technically they're not supposed to be very high in strength and not too much not computable also you generally have a lifespan of four to five years so people who use them generally give a guarantee or warranty of five years but in this also if it is fitted well and if it is if the future boots are made in a very high-density format on great machines. They can actually have a life which is much longer which go to eight to ten years these are the chip boots. which are used by Homular international brands which due to which they are actually able to provide such a long warranty in currently on them NFC is generally a very has very low resistance doumitt. so if you have a termite infestation I would not suggest that you can get NFC specifically and only manufactured one it can be treated with chemicals to be to make sure that it is termite resistant. some of them can it be even termite-proof but they are generally somewhat expensive and are used by international brands. so the screw holding capacity of MHz is also not that great the screw holding capacity which through which telescopic channels the various SSDs mount on to the MFC booth so due to which if you have channels if you have biggest s3 which are going to use a lot of load and are going to be used to regularly. This board gently is not suitable and they are even if it comes off some people are like if the screws come off from NFC board they can still be punch it back into it that's a false myth generally the Indian particle boards they are so weak that if you screw the screws back into the same place or even near that same place the strength is already half. so again the life is not that good it is not waterproof also it is one of the one of the products which is actually very prone to moisture and we can have various kinds of fungus that can infect this as well now one thing that particle board and MSC are good at is being versatile they can be used to have laminates on both sides. we can have a lot of finishes some of them are very great and they can be made in a lot of different textures also which make it a perfect material that can be used for small interiors for putting out highlights or partitions. These are pretty nice materials to be used over there in city fiberboard this board is a great mood and has much more better strength than the particle pool it can also be treated very well for terminal resistance this is the word that is basically used for you to paint your material on the vicinity of this the versatility of this board is very high. you can have laminates on it you can have various number of pins that can be done on it and the screw holding capacity of this goal is also pretty decent. it's not as high as say plywood but it still gives you a life of seven to eight years if done well the next material that we are going to talk about is plywood. It is the most commonly used material in modular vision wardrobe it has the highest amount of strength probably the highest amount of life as well.if plywood is treated well it can actually have a life of up to 20 years generally normal plywood can have a life of up to ten to twelve years some of the branded flies like century plywood or green glass they the one the well treated ones can actually have a life of up to twenty years most of these placards are treated for being Western resistance and termite. resistance some can also be treated to be moisture proof and termite proof even though they are not 100% proof but still they come pretty close and with a life of twenty years or ten plus years in some cases it's a pretty good bet it's the right reason why a lot of people use this product in India. the screw holding capacity is great due to which any kind of accessory can be mounted on we used very frequently and it will last you a like that the versatility of the product is not that high unfortunately plywood. cannot be used to paint any color that you want to have any kind of finish that you want being a natural good material it has certain deformities which actually gets highlighted. If you have to paint on it otherwise they go well with laminates and yeah they go very well with laminates I would not say they go very well with acrylic some Doosan acrylic. if you have a really good player then that might go well with acrylic otherwise if you have an acrylic sheet that goes on to the ply they have certain indents they have certain deformities that might show another material which is very popular and up-and-coming in the market is WPC which is wood polymer composite board they basically use wood as well as plastic to blend together and meet a board which is practically termite proof this is the reason. why in India is becoming very much popular people who suffer from termite after using wrong kinds of plywood or MDF or particle boards now they want something which is completely termite proof, if they also make up Lea termite proof WBC is the best unfortunately though I would not endorse WPC because WPC has very little screw holding capacity even lesser than particle coat. so you'll be seeing your accessories and channels coming off then the end of the year that you are using it be really tough for you to get them back over there so that's. why I don't recommend that you use WP see that often in terms of versatility it is way tough to paint WBC and it comes very costly to actually have laminates and acrylic sheets pasted on them as well what I would always suggest is that you actually go for a good line WPC or you go for a very good MDF board. even that works well there are some companies that provide WPC boards which have highest row holding capacity but they become very costly and I would not suggest those to be used the last product we are going to talk about is HTH Emma this is high density fiber board this is the board which is one step above from MDF and it comes pretty close to plywood in terms of strength and screw holding capacity. It has been treated very well for termite resistance as well as moisture resistance this makes it one of the ideal candidates to be used in modular kitchen and word rooms this has the strength of the plywood as well as the smoothness of the MDF boards which also make gives it versatility to be used to place laminates to paste acrylic sheets to have paints done. on it we have lacquer done on it's a top of that it's bebo do you want for your shutters in all these categories also most of these HTML would not only are high in strength some of the some of the ones which are manufactured by actual Homular companies also that are coming up with them they are pretty near to being termite proof and waterproof also they have been tested very well and most of these brought most of the high density fiber boards. They actually have a life span of 10 to 12 years plus so it's a very great option if you want to go helps with that is one of the best for outside that is available in the market to make your furniture and kitchen. The over mat that is the right size for the item and instead of using plastic wrap. which is really bad for the environment you grab your over mat and then you literally put it over your item and it keeps it fresh and clean and wonderful my next must-have favorite item from Homular this season are these trays. Now you know how much i love trays and if i don't know if you that every season i tend to buy them i don't know why because i can't live without these trays. But i like to buy multiples of them and i like to leave them in the kitchen. so that if there is takeout which i demonstrated last time i literally open them up and we put the food in here and nothing gets dirty and i also like to leave them in the kitchen. Especially when they're as beautiful as these so that if someone's grabbing something from the stove and they want to put it on a platter. it's literally there and easy to transport whatever it is that they're making so these are fabulous how can you not love these look at how gorgeous. They are and they really look great on your counter exposed at all times and handy right by your stove. The next must-have item is a USB charger and the reason i chose this one out of you know other USB chargers that i see around is that i love the color. it is this beautiful natural and white color and you've got three plugs right here this looks great and sort of you know out of sight out of mind kind of thing and when you have guests over it's kind of nice to be able to give them. This possibility of them to be able to charge without looking for cables and things of that nature or if you have several devices so this is just you know one of those smaller items but i just think it looks great and very useful nothing new here these are your regular old thermoses but why do i love them because actually these are new to HOMULAR i haven't seen this color combination but i have two reasons why i love these one i love the fact that they are the right size. Find that these thermoses typically especially in the us are just giant and what happens is that it just doesn't even fit in your cup holder. so these are the perfect size the perfect color but what i really like about them is that they are absolutely leak proof so i have liquid in here and as you can see this does not leak at all whatsoever right none nothing but when you push the button on top. what does happen is that you can then sip your drink and as you can see here you um is no longer leak proof at that point because that's when you want to consume your beverage so this is a really great item especially. If you've got kids at home who are running around with their drinks in their hands especially at night. when they want to grab something go upstairs in their room so they don't spill as they're walking around the house and then you have to go traipsing around and cleaning up. after them this is leak proof it's beautiful it's ergonomically designed and it is very very useful so this is a must with so many of us working from home having a tray is critical and this one that i sourced at HOMULAR is perfect it does the job it's white it's clean it's minimal and you can have breakfast in bed which sometimes you know i like to do especially. If someone's going to bring it for me i.e you know who or if you need to work you can put this on a sofa you can put it in you can put it in bed you can put your laptop on here you can actually put your telephone in here upright so that while you're typing you can see what's going on and get your alerts so truly this is a great item especially now during the stay-at-home orders my next favorite item from HOMULAR right now is called the as a bin is really wonderful because a it fits if you have any of the HOMULAR bookcases this does fit some of the bookcases but what's also great about is i like to use it without a bookcase because i don't have one. particularly enjoy using these just on their own i like to put them side by side in a den for instance in the winter which is coming now so that we can throw our blankets in here while we watch movies and things are really out of their place these are great bins for toys so if you have a toddler in the house you can put these under a credenza or in the corner of a room you throw all the toys in there and you're set everything's out of sight and beautifully stored. And it's got this really cute sort of groove on the sides it has a really nice design and the fact is that it's very sturdy and can take a lot of weight so this is a very good thing one of my favorite must-have finds at HOMULAR. which actually has been around for a while but i had to show you in case you hadn't been familiar with it is this accordion divider this accordion divider i have taken from home to home and actually have several of them and what's great about them is that they can fit into any cabinet. whether they're wide or skinny and as you can see i have used it here in my lids to keep my pots and pan lids organized and you can really take advantage of this item for instance. If you have cutting boards or trays anything you need to store vertically with this accordion it becomes really easy and a great component in organization my next favorite item is this colander i'm always literally looking for the colander and it is always hard to find. Because there are lots of other items in it because the fact that a colander is big but what's great about this one is that it actually collapses so it takes up very little space and when you're ready that i have like millions of them i have a plethora of them but really what i wanted to showcase here is this fantastic colander. so you open it up and you can use it for your pasta for fruits and then when you're ready to store it especially since most of us have not enough space. you just literally collapse it and then it stores beautifully in your cabinets i absolutely love HOMULAR hangers i have been buying their hangers for i want to say at least a decade the wooden hangers and this is actually a pack of eight of them so they come packed up for you i've got seven million of these yes literally seven million of these in my closet but i wanted to show you why i especially love these because now they've got their own sleeves look at these little cuties so these little cuties fit on all. the HOMULAR hangers and actually they fit on all hangers so this is to allow you to keep a better form for your jacket or if you've got clothes that you want the shoulder not to go flat. so these actually go on the hanger and I'm going to demonstrate this for you right here so essentially what you do is that you place the sleeve over this hanger and it fits as you can see beautifully now what you have are uniform. hangers that look great in your closet because everything has to be uniform and uh but however it's got the sleeve and so what the sleeve allows you to do is hang up your clothes. so that the shoulders are um nicely protected and they don't have that weird edge to them so this is for example one of my blazers you'll find in my closet that i have like i said it's literally seven million of these hangers i've got the sleeves. now which i really like so that they can keep all of your clothes looking fabulous so on many occasions i like to take things out of my pantry or out of my cupboards and this is the best way to do it . HOMULAR has these fantastic wooden boxes that move with you these are great for large walk-in pantries or they're also great for cabinets as you can see here i like to keep all of my oils in here so that when I'm cooking i can decide which oil I'm going to use at what point without having to go back into my cabinet. Pick the ones that i need you know I'll use the sesame oil when I'm cooking you know something that's more Asian and then I'll use the more you know virgin oil. If doing something Italian and able to do all of that by just pulling out one box and what's really great about this box is the handle inside. so that it's easy to move around and it's aesthetically pleasing as well yes technology has made its entrance into HOMULAR with what is now called a triad and the trod free and butchering the Swedish language really don't mean to i just really do truly believe i have the right accent and anybody who's Swedish please do let know but the trader led light bulb is has a little remote control. so essentially them because a lot of times i don't want to get up to turn the light on or the light off as you know we become eternally over time because technology has allowed us to be lazy but if this is a great thing. you can put them in any of your lamps you literally take the remote control as you can see here all you have to do is tap the cute little button and then all of a sudden your light will turn on or off as you can see on my lamp here in my den and this is really great when i don't want to get out of my seat to turn the light off in order to go into movie mode with my family. so if you need remote control assistance with any of your lamps i definitely recommend this little beauty because it is economical and really sleek and works beautifully my must-have favorite item. That i promised i was going to show you are these light bulbs now look at how gorgeous these are typically if you were to buy these from another retailer they would be at least four times the price if not more but at HOMULAR they are gorgeous they are fashionable they're designer and they are very inexpensive and what about them is the shape the fluting for example on this yellow one actually ended up putting this in outdoor scones at the entrance of home because the light bulb that was there was so ordinary so this actually makes. It look very expensive and and i just love the shape of it using the pink one which really is just stunning like the perfect shade of pink in Modular Kitchen. now it doesn't look girly it just looks very designer and it has a little bit of that warmth to it so this i think is very chic that i put in my pendant lights in my kitchen and my all-time favorite must-have is the one now let me tell you doesn't matter what size these bulbs are the heads of them are standard. so any fixture that you have at home definitely in the u.s and worldwide that are standard sockets will fit these light bulbs so even though the it looks like one of those giant fixtures it will fit on a regular socket base so if that makes sense hence. if you have a very plain i've seen a lot of these plain light fixtures this can be the feature not necessarily the actual light so if you've got like a very ordinary lamp a very ordinary base you can make this the magic touch and literally light it up. so these are really phenomenal and favorite item at the moment at HOMULAR on this. Modular Kitchen Cabinets are made up of different materials, including plywood, fiberboard, and particleboard. Plywood is formed from different wooden layers, allowing distribution of strength and stability in several directions. Plywood Modular Kitchen Cabinets are very sturdy. Fiberboard with moderate density may be a top quality material utilized in engineering Modular Kitchen Cabinets. Particleboard are commonest , and are made from wood by-products and sawdust. These cabinets hold screws alright . Modular Kitchen Cabinets also can are available solid wood, like cherry wood, oak, or maple, to call a couple of . Solid wood Modular Kitchen Cabinets are often rare and typically for the customer with a better budget. Cabinets for kitchens can come ready made to assemble. These are great for the handy customer who doesn't mind building projects. However, these cabinets are often challenging because they need to qualify precisely for optimal function. Semi-custom and custom Modular Kitchen Cabinets are specialized jobs which will best acquire specific look or desired aesthetic design. These are often specified to intricate details, like materials, finishes, and accents to suit a selected area and budget. Since Modular Kitchen Cabinets are in a neighborhood of maximum usage, it's important to take a position in cabinets which will last. the standard can weaken over time as compared to cabinets in other areas thanks to the temperatures and elements they're exposed to within the area. For this, it's important to take care of Modular Kitchen Cabinets well, and confirm these cabinets are ready to serve the functions they're intended to serve. Keep clean of oils, residue, dust, and dirt can help increase their longevity. Cabinet drawers and doors should be kept closed when not in use to stay out elements and moisture that would destroy them over time. Whether you're remodeling your kitchen to update its style aesthetics, or need functional cabinets for your cooking and baking needs, they will serve many purposes. Installing kitchen lighting may be a job you presumably don’t start too often, however it’s less challenging than you would possibly fear, providing you retain in mind some essential guidelines. Interior lights are split into three groups: accent lights, task lights, and lights, exactly like other rooms within the house, the kitchen demands a well thought out mixture of all three. Lighting within the kitchen should be as near because it are often to sunlight and therefore the perfect lighting for this purpose is halogen; low voltage halogen kitchen lighting is right , as, halogen lights are the closest manufactured light to genuine daylight. A row of ceiling recessed halogen lights may even go part thanks to your need for task lighting, because they provide decent, direct light. rather than spacing them evenly, like an airport runway, put them over the locations where you've got to possess direct lighting – the sink and cooker, as an example . another advantage of recessed lights is that the incontrovertible fact that they won’t get oily like pendant lighting tends to try to . Once again, thinking about task lighting, energy saver fluorescent strips or LED fittings below wall units will place vital light on your work surfaces.
